1. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY COSTS
Domestic shipping :
Standard (3-7 Business Days): $8.00
Express (2-3 Business Days) : $12.00
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
4. International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible
for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before
placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable

5.Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking
information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
6. Damaged Orders
Total Lively is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider,
